Training workshops and in-house learning sessions
Training is the most effective ‘Preventive’ measure to control and mitigate any ‘risk’ including ‘compliance’ and ‘litigation’ risks.We assist our clients in understanding requirements of various laws by holding ‘in-house learning sessions’ or ‘training workshops’.We also assist our clients in understanding various laws, relevant sections, judgment etc. over zoom or any other video-link.
So far Emad has carried out following trainings:
August 28, 2024: Delivered lectures on (i) Introduction to Banking Laws; Recovery of Finance Under Banking Laws, (ii) Advocate as an officer of the Court and (iii) Important provisions of the Contract Act at Jinnah Auditorium at Karachi Bar Association under the ‘Bar Vocational Course for Fresh Law Graduates’ (Batch-18) held by Sindh Judicial Academy & Sindh Bar Council.
11-July-2023: Carried out Module #7: “Responsibilities of directors, management, including internal auditors and external auditors in preventing and detecting frauds and other non-compliances with laws and regulations”, Module #9: “Evidence” and Module #11: “Adjudication procedures and forums for fraud and white-collar crimes” in the “Workshop on Forensic Investigation for Regulators” for ‘Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan’ (SECP) by Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) at Islamabad.
